His pairing suggestions?
What wine is associated with the following dishes? Ahi Tuna w / Wasabi Tobiko (I'm thinking a target of some kind) – Sav blanc, viognier, chard? Goat Cheese Ravioli with Butternut Squash Puree w / Sage Brown Butter Taco spicy Korean BBQ Ribs w / Lemongrass-infused vinegar Cucumbers (a spicy cab?) Thank sassinya!
I'd probably suggest one or St Michelle J. Lohr Chardonnay with the tuna. Goat cheese really want a red but not too heavy a red, I went with a good Pinot Nioro. Spicy Rib etc. However, while lemon grass is throwing me I would say maybe a Shiraz, Fat Bastard has a good Shiraz … I know that the name is funny but the wine is good. I do not think you should get a strong taste wine with barbecue, you can end up with horrible heartburn.
