Our tasting fees is $ 5, waived with purchase. This is because people who abuse free sampling without buying. We also have a small chalkboard sign on the road. I which are the wines are good, but how I can attract more customers? Thanks

Free Google send local directories their tasting room all of these directories. Make sure you are listed in http://www.yelp.com. Place free ads on sites like http://www.topix.net and http://www.craigslist.com. See if there is wine websites List your business …. as http://www.cheers2wine.com. Good luck. I hope some of my suggestions.

Tips for hosting a wine tasting event

If you are the one hosting the wine tasting here are some rules label should perhaps be borne in mind. It is best if you can keep the number of clients to a group that fits comfortably in your room without being crowded. This prevents the normal fighting for seating space, plus you can intimidate any newcomer to the basics of wine tasting have to make their way through the body the body just to get a bottle of wine!

When you're serving wine for tasting, starting with the first women members then progress to largest in the group before turning to the men. As the host should be the last in the list to be served.

If you are having a meal then serve until after the wine tasting has been achieved. Stay away from anything that could prevent your guests to enjoy the moment and your wine tasting palate. Keep crackers without salt or unflavored French bread on hand for those guests wishing to cleanse their palates. The strong flavor that you should go mozzarella is a bit of salt, nothing else just is not enough.

Water is a necessity for some people so be prepared and keep some bottled water on hand. For those wishing to clear their palates keep a container in which each guest can discard the rinse water. Keep a pitcher of water handy for cleaning glass is also a good idea.
